A Day at Daycare: How Your Dog’s Visit Unfolds in Gland
Discover how a typical day unfolds in our dog daycare in Gland: drop-off, games in the enclosed gardens, quiet times and a calm return at the end of the afternoon.
Personalised care from the morning onwards
Each morning between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. (4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Fridays for pick-up), your dog is welcomed individually. This time is essential: it allows us to get updates, assess their condition for the day, and tailor the program to each dog's needs.
Fenced gardens for freedom of movement
Space makes all the difference. Spacious, fully fenced gardens allow dogs to run, explore, and play freely, always under attentive supervision.
Groups are carefully formed based on temperament, age, and size. A timid small dog is never placed alongside a large, energetic one; mixing is supervised, never forced.
Alternating play, learning and rest
A well-structured day alternates periods of excitement with quiet times. After morning free play, enrichment and socialisation activities are offered: light agility course, fun obedience exercises, gentle handling.
The middle of the day is dedicated to rest, in covered and comfortable areas. This quiet time is essential: a dog that never rests in a group setting will eventually become exhausted.
A calm return at the end of the afternoon
Between 17:30 and 18:30, owners are reunited with a calm dog who has spent physical and mental energy. I am happy to discuss your companion's behaviour, progress or specific needs.
A dog daycare is not just a place of supervision: it is a true living environment while you are at work. Located in Gland, very close to the motorway exit, the facility is easily accessible from Nyon, Rolle, Morges and the whole Lake Geneva region.
